Internal Communications Specialist
This person should be local to RI and ok with our Hybrid schedule
Communication skills should be polished
Will be primarily responsible for creating and delivering engaging internal communications through various channels, including SharePoint.
This role requires expertise in content creation, web design, power point, digital publishing, and communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Content Development
Creating and editing a variety of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, intranet content (including SharePoint pages), emails, presentations, and videos.SharePoint Management
Maintaining and updating the internal communications portal (SharePoint), ensuring its usability and relevance.Communication Strategy
Developing and implementing communication plans and campaigns that support organizational goals and initiatives.Messaging and Branding
Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all internal communications channels.Channel Management
Utilizing various communication channels (e.g., email, webcasts, social media) to reach employees effectively.Collaboration
Working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure clear and cohesive communication.Event Support
Assisting with the planning and execution of internal events and meetings.Data and Analytics
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of internal communications campaigns
